These terms govern the use of the Poker AI app and the pokerapp.ai website, both operated by Westvurm LLC ("we"). By installing the app or using the site you accept them. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
Poker AI is an educational odds and equity calculator for Texas Hold'em and a study tool. It reads the cards from a photo or the ones you enter by hand, simulates the hand and explains the numbers. It is not a poker room: it does not offer, host or facilitate real-money gambling, betting or play-money games. Nothing is played or wagered inside the app.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher.
The app is meant for studying hands away from the game. Do not use it as real-time assistance while playing in an online or live poker room: most rooms forbid any assistance and may close your account. You are responsible for following the rules of the rooms where you play and the laws of your jurisdiction.
You may not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, automate its use, resell it or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Equity comes from a Monte Carlo simulation. Photo reading and chat answers are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors, both when identifying cards and when explaining a spot. Nothing the app shows is professional advice or a guarantee of any result in a game.
Poker AI is a subscription app. Price and duration are shown in the app before purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. It is managed and cancelled from your App Store or Google Play account, and refunds follow those stores' rules. If we offer a trial period, it is stated in the app and the subscription is charged when it ends unless you cancel first.
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your access secure. You can delete it at any time from the Profile tab in the app.
The app, the Poker AI brand and the site content belong to Westvurm LLC. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, for decisions made from the app's information, or for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the app. Nothing here limits the rights granted to you by the consumer law of your country.
We may suspend or close access for anyone who breaches these terms, for example by using the app to cheat or attempting to tamper with it.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will announce it in the app or on the site at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new terms.
